Q. How can i lower the gif size while maintaining its quality? |
A. From my experience, lowering the gif file size will inevitably lower its quality. However, you can minimize the damage done and I go over that in this tutorial:

As for adding text to graphics, just select the text tool (it looks like the letter T or just press T on your keyboard) and click on the area where you want your text to be. |

A. You just save them onto your computer and then copy and paste it onto a new layer in the graphic you are working on. Then just change the blending mode and play around with the texture. =) |
