    1. For this tutorial, we're going to use this picture of Ayumi Hamasaki.

    2. Sharpen the image by going to filter > sharpen > sharpen. Duplicate that layer twice by pressing Ctrl + J twice. Set the blending mode of the second layer to 50% Screen. Set the blending mode of the top most layer to 50% Soft Light. Then go to Layer > Merge Visible.

    3. Take this light texture by awmp and paste it in a new layer.

    4. Go to Edit > Transform > Flip Horizontal. Then change the blending mode to 100% Hard Light.

    5. Take this texture by elasticknights and put it in a new layer.

    6. Set this layer's blending mode to 100% Lighten.

    7. Duplicate the first layer (the image of Ayumi) and move it to the top of the layer palette. Set the blending mode to 100% Soft Light.

    8. Go to Layer > Merge Visible.

    9. Go to Image > Adjustments > Selective Color. Use these settings:

    10. Add some text and go to Layer > Merge Visible. Tada!
