1. For this tutorial, we're going to use this picture of Miyabi.
2. Sharpen it once by going to Filter > Sharpen > Sharpen.
3. Create a new layer and fill it with #101841. Set this to exclusion 100%.
4. Create another layer above it. Fill this layer with #C5FBFF and set it to soft light 100%.
5. Create a new layer and press Shift + Ctrl + Alt + E on your keyboard. This stamps all the previous layers into the new one. Set
the blending mode to 100% Color Burn.
6. Create a new layer and set the blending mode to 100% Screen. Take a soft round brush of size 65 pixels and change its color to
#B90000. Press it on any spot on the image you want to create a red glow. I have this.
7. Merge all layers with Shift + Ctrl + E and you're done!
